After joining any exclusive promotion offered by Airbnb, you may want to withdraw from the promotion. You can stop joining the applicable promotion at any time. Follow this article to withdraw the promotion.
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Integrations.
On the Integrations page, select the OTA tab and find the Airbnb section.
Click the “Listings” button.
On the Listings tab, find the listing that has already joined a promotion.
Click “See details”.
On the listing details page, go to the Promotions tab.
Find the listing that has already joined the promotion.
Click “Stop Joining” in the listing’s row.
Read the message on the confirmation popup.
Tick the checkbox if you already understand and want to continue
Click “Stop Joining”.
The notification ‘Selected promotion participation stopped.’ will appear.
The button on that promotion’s row will change to ‘Join Promotion’.
