Airbnb Exclusive Promotion is a discount program that you, as the host, can enroll any listing into via Delta PMS to attract more bookings. Once you join the promotion, Airbnb automatically applies the discount to eligible guests. The available promotions offered by Airbnb include a high-rated guest discount on any listing for guests with a positive booking history and a mobile-only discount that is available only for guests who book through the Airbnb mobile app. You can join, withdraw, or rejoin the promotion anytime through Delta PMS.
The promotion can be found in each Airbnb listing, which can be accessed through the Integrations domain.
For the Available Airbnb Exclusive Promotions, there is a table that consists of several columns:
Promotion Name: The name of the promotion set by Airbnb
Description: The description of the promotion
Promotion amount: The discount amount of the promotion
Status: The status of the promotion. There are three different statuses.
Applicable: the promotion can be enabled for the associated listing.
Coming Soon: the promotion will only be available after today’s date when you open the listing.
Expired: the promotion had ended before today’s date when you opened the listing.
Action: Several actions related to the listing. There are two actions:
Join Promotion: when the listing has not yet joined the promotion. You need to click the button to join the promotion.
Stop Joining: when a listing has already joined the promotion. Click the button if you want to stop joining the promotion.
