How to Edit Bulletin from Host Portal

Hosts can edit a bulletin while it is in Draft or Scheduled status. This allows Hosts to update the audience, message content, images, or delivery settings before the bulletin is sent.

Important: A bulletin with Sent status is read-only and can no longer be edited.


Step 1 : How to Edit a Draft Bulletin

  1. Log in to the PMS Host Portal.

  2. Open Owner > Bulletin from the navigation menu.

  3. Find the bulletin with Draft status in the Bulletin List.

  4. Click Edit in the Action column.

  5. The bulletin opens in Edit mode.

  6. Review or update the bulletin information as needed:

    • Audience

    • Title

    • Description

    • Content

    • Images inserted into the Content

  7. If needed, update the Delivery and Scheduling option:

    • Send Immediately, or

    • Schedule for later

  8. If you select Schedule for later, select a valid future Date and Time.

  9. Review all changes.

  10. Select the appropriate action to continue:

    • Send Announcement to send the bulletin immediately.

    • Schedule for later / Save to schedule the bulletin, depending on the selected delivery option.

  11. The bulletin status is updated based on the selected action.

Step 2 : How to Edit a Scheduled Bulletin

Hosts can edit a scheduled bulletin before its scheduled delivery time.

  1. Log in to the Host Portal.

  2. Open Bulletin from the navigation menu.

  3. Find the bulletin with Scheduled status.

  4. Click Edit in the Action column.

  5. The scheduled bulletin opens in Edit mode.

  6. Review or update the bulletin information as needed:

    • Audience

    • Title

    • Description

    • Content

    • Images inserted into the Content

  7. Review the Delivery and Scheduling section.

  8. Update the scheduled Date and Time if needed.

  9. Make sure the selected date and time are in the future.

  10. Click Save to apply the changes.

  11. A confirmation toast is displayed: “Announcement scheduled.”

  12. You are redirected to the Bulletin List.

  13. The bulletin remains in Scheduled status with the updated delivery schedule.

Can I edit a bulletin after it has been sent?

No,

Once the bulletin reaches Sent status, it becomes read-only.

The only available action for a sent bulletin is View.

Status flow:

  • Draft → Edit → Send Immediately → Sent

  • Draft → Edit → Schedule for Later → Scheduled

  • Scheduled → Edit → Save → Scheduled

  • Scheduled → Unschedule → Draft
