The Bulletin List provides an overview of all created bulletins.
The table contains:
Title and Description — displays the bulletin title and description.
Recipient — shows the selected audience, such as all Owners or specific Owners/properties.
Announcement Date — shows when the bulletin was or is scheduled to be delivered.
Engagement — shows how many recipients have opened the bulletin.
Status — shows whether the bulletin is Draft, Scheduled, or Sent.
Action — provides actions available for the current status.
What does the Engagement number mean?
The Engagement column is displayed as n/N.
n = Number of Owners who have opened/accessed the bulletin from the Owner Portal.
N = Total number of intended recipients.
For example:
2/5 means that 2 out of 5 intended owners have opened the bulletin.
If the bulletin is sent to All Owners, the total number represents all Owners registered in the company.
If the bulletin is sent to specific Owners, the total number represents the number of Owners selected as recipients.
