What happens when a package contains an unavailable Guest Service?
When creating a package, the system checks whether the selected Guest Services are currently available.
If one or more selected Guest Services are unavailable, a warning is displayed.
The warning informs you that some selected Guest Services are currently unavailable for booking and gives you the option to:
Review Again — return and review the selected Guest Services.
Confirm — continue with the package creation after acknowledging the warning.
Note: This warning does not necessarily mean the package cannot be created. It informs you that one or more selected Guest Services are currently unavailable.
What should I check when a package becomes unavailable?
Check the Stock Items included in the package and review:
Available Quantity
Stock Status
Whether the Stock Item is Bookable
Whether the Stock Item has reached 0 quantity
Whether the package contains a per-guest Stock Managed Guest Service
The OTA channel where you are checking the package
If the Stock Item is Empty or Not Bookable, the package may be automatically updated to Not Available.

Things to Remember
Stock Availability is dynamic. A Stock Item can become unavailable after a booking or stock change, even if it was available when you first started the booking.
Always check the latest Available Quantity, Stock Status, and Bookable status before confirming a booking or package.
