How to Connect Your Property to an OTA in Delta PMS

Connect your property directly to supported OTAs using Delta PMS's built-in site controller. Delta Direct Integration is the site controller feature built into Delta PMS. It allows you to connect your property directly to supported OTAs and manage room availability and rates from Delta PMS.

Before you connect

Before setting up the connection, make sure your room types and rate plans are already set up in Delta PMS.

Pricing support

This connection supports Room Based Pricing (RBP) only.

  • RBP: Price is set per room.

  • OBP: Price changes based on the number of guests. Not supported.

  • LOS: Rate changes based on the length of stay. Not supported.

Note: An OTA may support OBP or LOS, but these pricing models cannot be used through Delta Direct Integration

How to use it

1. Open Delta Direct Integration

Go to Integrations > Delta Direct Integration > See connection list.

2. Select your property

Find your property and click See details.

3. Map your room types

On the Overview tab, click Map room type. Check the Room Type Category, Maximum Guest (Adults), and Maximum Guest (Children).

4. Map your rate plans

Under Rate Plan Mapping, select the Rate Plan in PMS and Rate Plan in OTA.

The Rate Plan Period will fill in automatically. Click + Add Rate Plan if you need another rate plan, then click Next.

5. Add an OTA connection

Open the OTA Connection tab and click + Add connection.

6. Select an OTA

Select the OTA you want to connect. Check the Mapping Guide to see the features supported by the selected OTA, then click Next.

Important: The OTA may support multiple pricing models, but Delta Direct Integration supports RBP only.

7. Map the OTA property

Under Channel Mapping, click MAP next to the listing you want to connect and select the corresponding Property / Location ID.

8. Map your rooms and rates

Under Rate Plan Mapping, select the corresponding Listing and Rate, then click MAP.

Keep Fixed Min Stay set to No, unless otherwise instructed. Click Confirm when finished.

Things to know

• Only Room Based Pricing (RBP) is supported. OBP and LOS are not supported in this OTA connection.

• To check your connection, click See details on the OTA Connection tab. You can see the OTA Room Type ID and OTA Rate ID next to the mapped room types and rate plans in Delta PMS and use them to match your mappings with the OTA.

• Important: Detach Connection pauses the connection. Bookings and availability stop syncing between Delta PMS and the OTA, but your mappings are kept. Click Recover Connection to publish your room availability and rates to the OTA again.
