How To Change Room Status with Calendar

Users can change the room status based on availability and their specific needs, allowing them to update the status in real time to reflect current conditions—such as marking a room as Renovation, not available or out of service.


Step 1 : How to Change Room Status (into Inactive)

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Select 'Room Allocation'.

  3. Hold and Drag the specific date for change the room status.

  4. The options will appear for 'Add Guest' or 'Change Room Status'. Select 'Change Room Status'.

  5. After you select the 'Change Room Status', Change Room Status Confirmation pop-up will appear.

  6. Select the room status either 'Active' or 'Inactive'.

  7. If you change your room status to 'Inactive', the additional description (Non - Mandatory) will appear, and you able to give note for the Inactive room reason.

  8. Click 'Submit' to proceed the change.

  9. Click 'Cancel' to cancel the action.

  10. Your room has been marked as inactive with the description being the title of the mark. (This also will be inactive for the connecting room which connect the one of the room).

Step 2 : How to Change Room Status (into Active)

  1. Select the Inactive room remarks which status you want to change to active.

  2. Click on the booking with inactive marks.

  3. 'Change Room Status' pop-up will appear.

  4. Select the 'Active' status in the drop down to change the room status into active.

  5. Click 'Submit' to proceed the change.

  6. Click 'Cancel' to cancel the action.
