As the host you can change the room status based on availability and your specific needs, allowing you to update the status in real time to reflect current conditions, such as marking a room as Renovation, not available, or out of service.
Step 1 : How to Change Room Status (into Inactive)
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Room Allocation.
Click and drag the specific date to change the room status.
The options will appear for Add Guest or Change Room Status. Select Change Room Status.
After you select Change Room Status, a confirmation popup will appear.
Select the room status into 'Active' or 'Inactive'.
After you change your room status to 'Inactive', the additional description (non-mandatory) will appear. You can write the note for the Inactive room reason.
Click “Confirm” to proceed with the change.
If you want to cancel the action, click “Cancel”.
Your room has been marked as inactive with the description being the title. This status is also applied for the connecting room which connects the room to the other).
Step 2 : How to Change Room Status (into Active)
Select the inactive room you want to change into ‘Active’.
The Change Room Status popup will appear.
Select Active status in the dropdown menu to change the room status into active.
Click “Confirm” to proceed with the change.
If you want to cancel the action, click “Cancel”.
