On the direct booking settings page, as the host you can update your company logo and change the color of the direct booking page. Follow these steps to ensure a successful setup process. Here is a detailed guide on how to set up your direct booking portal display.
Upload a New Company Logo
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Direct Booking.
Find the “Upload file” button.
Choose the file from your device. Ensure your logo is not larger than 1 MB. Also, you can only use files with JPG, JPEG, PNG, and SVG format.
If the size of the uploaded logo exceeds 1 MB, a warning message will appear under the “Upload file” button stating ‘Image size exceeds maximum limit (1 MB)’.
If the format of the uploaded logo is incorrect (other than JPG, JPEG, PNG, and SVG), a warning message will appear stating ‘Unsupported file type. We only support the following file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and SVG. Please upload a file with one of these extensions and try again.’
Please follow the rules in selecting the picture for your company logo.
After selecting the file, click “Save Changes” to finalize and save your uploaded logo.
The Changes Saved popup will appear. You can click “View Direct Booking” to check how the changes you made are reflected in the Direct Booking. However, if you want to stay on that page, you can click the “Close” button.
After successfully uploading and saving the new logo, you can check it on the Static Preview to ensure that your uploaded logo is already visible.
Change the Color of the Direct Booking Page
After uploading your company logo, you can further customize your direct booking page by changing its color scheme on the direct booking setting. Follow these steps:
In the Color section, you can change the Primary, Secondary, and Action colors across all pages.
Click inside the color field to choose other colors.
Change the color using one of the following methods:
Color Picker: select your desired color from the color palette.
Hex Code: input the hex code of the color you want.
RGB: enter the RGB values to achieve the specific color.
After selecting the colors, click “Save Changes”.
The Changes Saved popup will appear. You can click “View Direct Booking” to check how the changes you made are reflected in the Direct Booking. However, if you want to stay on that page, you can click the “Close” button.
After successfully uploading and saving the new logo, you can check it on the Static Preview to ensure that your uploaded logo is already visible.
View Direct Booking Through the Direct Booking Subdomain
Step 1: Go to Direct Booking Settings
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Settings > Direct Booking.
Click the “View Direct Booking” button in the header of the page.
Ensure you can view the Direct Booking page through its subdomain (under the Settings domain). You should also be able to see all the necessary information and features related to direct bookings.
You will be redirected to a new tab, the Direct Booking page. This page opens in a separate window, allowing you to access it without interrupting your current workflow.
