Setup Payment Channel Through Delta PMS Host.

These updates allow you as the host to arrange the payment channel based on the guest nationality. The payment channel based on guest nationality will be reflected in Manual Booking (PMS), Direct Booking Portal, Guest Portal and Pre-Check-in Form.


Setting on the Payment Channel for Manual Booking Portal

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Settings > Payment > Payment Channels.

  4. Select the payment channel from the Active Payment Channels dropdown menu. It is set with all payment channels by default and you can choose more than one.

  5. After you select payment channel(s), the Payment Channel form of the selected payment channel(s) will appear automatically.

  6. Set the time limit of the payment channel. You can set the time limit up to day, hour, and minute.

  7. Click the Selected Countries dropdown menu to select the country where the payment channel(s) will be applied. You can select more than one country.

  8. After you set up the Payment Channel, click “Save Changes”.

Note: For manual Booking, as the default, it will show the recommended payment channels based on the guest's nationality. If there is no registered nationality data, it will show the payment channel which integrated first.

Setting on the Payment Channel for Direct Booking Portal

  1. Select for the default payment channel under the Direct Booking section. Note: for the default payment channel could not be disabled or unchecked).

  2. Set the time limit of the payment channel. You can set the time limit up to day, hour, and minute.

  3. Click the Selected Countries dropdown menu to select the country where the payment channel(s) will be applied. You can select more than one country. The dropdown menu will be disabled in the default payment channel row.

Setting on the Payment Channel for Guest Portal and Pre-Check-In Form

  1. Select for the default payment channel in the Guest Portal and Pre-Check-In Section. Note: for the default payment channel could not be disabled and unchecked).

  2. Set the time limit of the payment channel. You can set the time limit up to day, hour, and minute.

  3. Click the Selected Countries dropdown menu to select the country where the payment channel(s) will be applied. You can select more than one country. The dropdown menu will be disabled in the default payment channel row.
