Requirement : User should have active booking with credit card already record.

Note : This will finalize the payment by charging directly to guest credit card and there will be no email/notification sent. Therefore, please make sure the guest is already aware of this payment.

Click 'Add Payment' to proceed your order.

Select the Payment Option for Direct Payment. 

Select the payment channel in the payment channel dropdown. 

Choose Schedule Payment or Flexible Payment. 

Set the payment amount and date for payment. 

Click 'Proceed' when the confirmation appear.

Pay the booking from the valid Payment URL by record your Credit Card. 

1. Click 'Add Payment' to proceed your order. 
2. Select the Payment Option for Direct Payment. 
3. Select Credit Card. 
4. Select the payment channel in the payment channel dropdown. 
5. Choose Schedule Payment or Flexible Payment. 
6. Click 'Next' button. 
7. Set the payment amount and date for payment. 
8. Click 'Send Payment URL'. 
9. Click 'Proceed' when the confirmation appear. 
10. Pay the booking from the valid Payment URL by record your Credit Card.

Step 2 : Charge Now Payment with the Same Card (Flexible Payment)

Click 'Add Payment' button in Payment List.

Select 'Direct Payment' and click 'Next'.

Select 'Payment Channel' with the same as previous.

Automatically selected 'Flexible Payment'.

Check the recorded card, and click 'Charge Now'.

1. Open the booking detail. 
2. Click 'Add Payment' button in Payment List. 

3. Select 'Direct Payment' and click 'Next'. 

4. Select 'Payment Channel' with the same as previous. 
5. Automatically selected 'Flexible Payment'. 
6. Click 'Next'. 
7. Check the recorded card, and click 'Charge Now'.

Step 3 : Charge Now Payment with the Same Card (Schedule Payment) 

If the previous payment was a scheduled payment, to charge now, click 'Edit Payment' from the three-dot option on the outstanding payment.

1. Open the Booking Detail. 
2. If the previous payment was a scheduled payment, to charge now, click 'Edit Payment' from the three-dot option on the outstanding payment.

3. Click 'Charge Now Anyway.'

Step 4 : Charge Now with the Same Card for New Invoice 

This step will help you to Charge Now with the same card as previous payment if you doing a payment for new invoice in the same Booking ID.

Select the new invoice in the invoice dropdown. 

Select your payment channel same as previous payment. 

Choose 'Schedule Payment' or ' Flexible Payment'.

1. Generate your new invoice. 

2. Click 'Add Payment'. 
3. Select the new invoice in the invoice dropdown. 

4. Select 'Direct Payment'. 
5. Select your payment channel same as previous payment. 
6. Choose 'Schedule Payment' or ' Flexible Payment'. 

7. Click 'Next'.

Check the previous recorded card, and click 'Charge Now Anyway.'

Input the Pay Amount in the credit section 

- Input the Pay Amount in the credit section 
  
   
- Click 'Charge Now.'
