Requirement: you should have active booking with a credit card already recorded/captured.
Note: this action will finalize the payment by charging directly to the guest’s credit card and there will be no email/notification sent. Therefore, make sure the guest is already aware of this payment.
Charge Now Payment with the Same Card (Flexible Payment)
This procedure can only be done when there is an unpaid amount of the booking (check in the Amount Due column in the Payment List table). After ensuring this detail, you can proceed to add another payment using the same card via Flexible Payment.
Open the Booking Details page > Payment tab.
Scroll down and click “Add Payment” in the Payment List section.
Select Direct Payment > “Next >”.
Select the same payment channel as the previous one.
The available option is only Flexible Payment.
Click “Next”.
Click “Charge Now”.
Charge Now Payment with the Same Card (Schedule Payment)
This step will help you to do the Charge Now with the same card as the previous payment when you make a payment for a new invoice with the same Booking ID.
Open the Booking Detail > Payment tab.
If the previous payment was a scheduled payment, to charge now, click Edit Payment from the three-dot menu in the outstanding amount row.
Click “Charge now”.
Charge Now with the Same Card for New Invoice
This step will help you to do the Charge Now with the same card as the previous payment when you make a payment for a new invoice with the same Booking ID.
Generate your new invoice.
Click “Add Payment”.
Select the new invoice in the invoice dropdown.
Select Direct Payment.
Choose your payment channel the same as the previous one.
Choose Schedule Payment or Flexible Payment.
Click “Next >”.
If you choose Scheduled Payment
Check the previous recorded card, then click “Charge Now”.
Confirm the action by clicking “Charge now”.
If you choose Flexible Payment
Input the Pay Amount in the credit section.
Click "Charge Now".
