How To Charge Now or Switch to a Different Card for Payment

Requirement : User should have active booking with credit card already record.

Note : This will finalize the payment by charging directly to guest credit card and there will be no email/notification sent. Therefore, please make sure the guest is already aware of this payment.

Step 1 : Payment the Booking

  1. Click 'Add Payment' to proceed your order.

  2. Select the Payment Option for Direct Payment.

  3. Select Credit Card.

  4. Select the payment channel in the payment channel dropdown.

  5. Choose Schedule Payment or Flexible Payment.

  6. Click 'Next' button.

  7. Set the payment amount and date for payment.

  8. Click 'Send Payment URL'.

  9. Click 'Proceed' when the confirmation appear.

  10. Pay the booking from the valid Payment URL by record your Credit Card.

Step 2 : Charge Now with Different Card (Flexible Payment)

  1. Open the booking detail.

  2. Click 'Add Payment' button in Payment List.

  3. Add Payment pop up will open, select 'Direct Payment'.

  4. Select 'Credit Card'.

  5. Automatically selected 'Flexible Payment'.

  6. Set the expiry date by clicking 'Set now'.

  7. Click 'Add New Card' in Card Details column.

  8. Click 'Proceed' on the confirmation pop up if you plan to add your new card.

  9. This will send payment URL to guest's email, so that you can register a new card details and finalize the payment.

Step 3 : Charge Now with Different Card (Schedule Payment)

  1. Open the booking detail.

  2. Go to payment list.

  3. Click on the three dots action beside the payment list that has not paid.

  4. Click 'Edit Payment'.

  5. Set the expiry date by clicking 'Set now'.

  6. Click 'Change Card' in Card Details column.

  7. Click 'Proceed' on the confirmation pop up if you plan to add your new card.

  8. This will send payment URL to guest's email, so that you can register a new card details and finalize the payment.
