How to Change Scheduled Card Payment to Others Payment Method (Bank Transfer & Others)

Required : This action is able if user have set the payment method to Card Payment Schedule Payment.


Step 1 : Change the Payment from Card Schedule Payment to Bank Transfer

If there is no payment yet (to Bank Transfer)

  1. Open the Booking Detail.

  2. Go to Payment Tab.

  3. Scroll down until find a Payment List.

  4. Click on the three-dot option on the outstanding payment.

  5. Select 'Edit Payment'.

  6. Edit payment confirmation will appear, click 'Edit' beside the Payment Details column.

  7. Select 'Direct Payment' for the payment option.

  8. Click 'Next'.

  9. Select the payment channel into Manual Payment and select Bank Transfer. Choose Flexible Payment.

  10. Input the paid amount in credit fields.

  11. Click 'Next'.

  12. Click 'Send Payment Instruction' to proceed to the Bank Transfer method.

Step 2 : Change the Payment from Card Schedule Payment to Other Payment

  1. Open the Booking Detail.

  2. Go to Payment Tab.

  3. Scroll down until find a Payment List.

  4. Click on the three-dot option on the outstanding payment.

  5. Select 'Edit Payment'.

  6. Edit payment confirmation will appear, click 'Edit' beside the Payment Details column.

  7. Select 'Direct Payment' for the payment option.

  8. Click 'Next'.

  9. Select the payment channel into Manual Payment and select Others.

  10. Click 'Next'.

  11. Set the Payment date and the Payment Account.

  12. Edit the credit amount based on your payment amount plan. In this case, user could input payment amount which does not exceed the amount due stated on the invoice.

  13. User could add additional files and notes on Uploaded Files & Notes field.

  14. User will be able to checklist the 'Send Payment Confirmation Mail' if user plan to receive payment confirmation.

  15. Click 'Save' to proceed your payment with Others method.
