Airbnb Integration : Room Details and Regulations

Step 1: Navigate to Room Details

  1. Log in to Delta PMS Account.

  2. Once logged in, go to the side bar on the left screen.

  3. Click on the Integration menu.

  4. Select 'Airbnb' and click 'Listings'.

  5. Select the imported property listings.

  6. Click 'Room Details'.

Room Details

In this section, user could manage the Number of Bedroom, Number of Bathroom, and Max Guest for the each property sync from Airbnb.

Rules

House Rules

This section allows users to customize and manage the property's rules according to their preferences. Each rule is displayed with a toggle switch, enabling users to easily activate or deactivate specific policies as needed. These settings help ensure smooth coordination between property managers and guests, supporting a well-organized and hassle-free stay experience.

Additional Rules

In this section, users have the option to add or share any additional property rules that are not covered by the standard settings. This feature allows host to communicate specific guidelines, preferences, or house rules that guests should be aware of during their stay—such as noise restrictions, pet policies, or usage of shared spaces—ensuring a clear understanding and better compliance.

Checkout Instructions

Users can mark the checkbox to enable Checkout Instructions for the property. By doing so, they can provide guests with clear and helpful guidance on what steps to follow before leaving the property—such as returning keys, turning off appliances, or tidying up the space. This feature helps ensure a smooth and organized checkout process, while also maintaining the property’s condition for future guests.

Additional Charges

Cleaning Fee

Users can configure the cleaning fee by selecting either a flat rate per stay or a specific amount for short stays. The 'Per Stay' option applies a one-time cleaning fee regardless of the length of the guest's visit, while the 'Amount Per Short Stay' option allows users to charge a cleaning fee specifically for bookings that fall below a certain duration.

Pet Fee

In this section, users can configure a Pet Fee to accommodate guests who bring pets during their stay. They can choose from various Fee Types to best match their property's policy:

  • Amount Per Stay applies a single fixed fee regardless of the number of pets or nights.

  • Amount Per Pet charges a fee for each pet, regardless of the duration of the stay.

  • Amount Per Night applies a recurring fee for each night of the booking, regardless of the number of pets.

  • Amount Per Pet Per Night charges a fee based on both the number of pets and the number of nights.

Extra Guest Fee

Users can manage the Extra Guest Fee by setting a specific charge that applies per night for each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy limit. This means that once the number of guests exceeds the base allowance set for the property, the system will automatically calculate and apply the extra fee for each additional guest on a nightly basis.

Additional Fees

User can manage the additional fees for Management Fee, Community Fee, Linen Fee, Resort Fee also it can be set for each fee type with this option : Amount Per Stay, Amount Per Guest, Percentage of Stay, Amount Per Night, Amount Per Guest Per Night.

Amenities

Amenities refer to the various features, facilities, or services provided at a property to enhance the comfort, convenience, and overall experience of guests. In a property management system or listing platform, the Amenities section allows users to showcase what their property offers, helping potential guests make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.

The amenities will include these section :

  • Adaptive Equipment

  • Bathroom

  • Bedroom and Laundry

  • Entertainment

  • Family

  • Heating and Cooling

  • Home Safety

  • Internet and Office

  • Kitchen and Dining

  • Location Features

  • Outdoor

  • Parking and Facilities

  • Service

Accessibility Features

This section allows users to highlight specific accessibility accommodations available at the property to better support guests with disabilities or mobility needs. By selecting the relevant checkboxes, property managers can clearly communicate which areas of the property are accessible, helping guests make informed decisions and ensuring a more inclusive experience.
