Step 1: Navigate to Booking Settings
Log in to Delta PMS Account.
Once logged in, go to the side bar on the left screen.
Click on the Integration menu.
Select 'Airbnb' and click 'Listings'.
Select the imported property listings.
Click 'See Details'.
Click 'Booking Settings' tab.

Booking Settings
Availability
This section allows users to configure important booking settings to better manage guest reservations. Users can set the minimum and maximum night stay, determining how short or long a guest can book their property. They can also define the minimum lead time, which is the shortest amount of time required between a guest’s booking and their check-in date.
Additionally, users can specify the maximum days notice, controlling how far in advance guests are allowed to make a reservation. Lastly, they can set the preparation time, which provides a buffer period between bookings to allow for cleaning and property readiness.
Discount Type
This type of discount can be created and applied on Airbnb. It consists of several types of discounts: Early Bird, Last Minute, and Trip Length Discount.
Booking Rules
The user has the option to choose from a range of predefined booking rules available in the dropdown menu. By doing so, they can streamline the process of setting up booking rules, ensuring that the rules align with their specific requirements efficiently and conveniently.
Welcome Message
The user can manage and customize the Welcome Message for the Property, ensuring that it is displayed appropriately within the property's interface or platform as intended.
Expectation for Guest
The user is responsible for arranging and clearly defining the expectations for guests staying at the property by utilizing the available checklist feature. This involves reviewing each item on the list and selecting the relevant checkboxes that apply to the specific rules, guidelines, or amenities provided by the property. By doing so, the user ensures that all expectations are transparently communicated to guests prior to their arrival, contributing to a smooth and well-informed guest experience.
