What are Airbnb Booking Settings?
Booking Settings allow you to choose how Airbnb reservations are handled from Delta PMS.
You can choose between:
Instant Booking — Airbnb bookings are accepted automatically.
Approve all bookings — Airbnb booking requests must be reviewed and approved before they are accepted.
The default setting is Instant Booking.
How do I Configure Airbnb to Require Booking Approval?
If you want to review Airbnb booking requests before accepting them, turn off Instant Book.
Go to Integrations → Airbnb.
Open the relevant Listing Details > See Details.
Select Booking Settings.
In the Availability section, find Use Instant Book.
Turn the toggle off.
Review the confirmation pop-up.
Click Turn it off to confirm.
Click Save Changes.
Once Instant Book is turned off, Airbnb reservations will be handled as booking requests that require your review and approval.
What happens after I turn off Instant Book?
The Use Instant Book toggle becomes disabled.
New Airbnb reservations will come through as booking requests, which can then be reviewed from the message.
From the booking request, you can review the reservation information and communicate with the guest before deciding whether to accept or decline it.
How do I turn Instant Book back on?
You can enable Instant Book again from the same Booking Settings section.
Go to Integrations → Airbnb.
Open the relevant Listing Details > See Details.
Select Booking Settings.
Find Use Instant Book.
Turn the toggle on.
Review the confirmation pop-up.
Click Confirm.
Click Save Changes.
The confirmation pop-up explains that enabling Instant Book means guest reservations will be automatically added to your booking list without requiring prior approval.
