Housekeeping Configuration

1. Overview

By configuring housekeeping schedules, you can automatically generate housekeeping tasks based on the booking source, room, validity period, and stay length.

The housekeeping schedule helps the system determine when each housekeeping task should be created for a booking, such as on the check-in date, check-out date, or specific days during the guest’s stay.

💡 Tips

  • You can create different housekeeping schedules based on booking source and room.

  • You can assign housekeeping types to specific stay days, such as check-in date, check-out date, or other stay days.

  • You can use Bulk Allocate to apply the same housekeeping allocation rule to multiple stay lengths at once.

  • Once the housekeeping schedule is configured, housekeeping events will be scheduled for each booking based on the selected room and booking source.

2. How to Set It

  1. Go to Settings → Housekeeping.

  2. Open the Housekeeping Schedule page.

  3. Click + Create Housekeeping Schedule.

  4. Enter the Housekeeping Schedule Name.

  5. Select the target Booking Source.

    You can select one or multiple booking sources. If All Booking Sources is selected, the schedule will apply to all booking sources. If OTA is selected, the schedule will apply to all connected OTAs.

  6. Select the target Room.

    The room list will only show active rooms. You can search and select multiple rooms.

  7. Set the Validity Period by selecting the Start Date and End Date.

  8. Review the Schedule Length.

    The system will calculate the schedule length based on the selected validity period.

  9. In the Housekeeping Allocation section, click + Add Housekeeping Type.

  10. Select one or multiple housekeeping types that you want to include in the schedule.

  11. Click Next.

  12. In the Additional step, assign housekeeping types to the arrival or departure date if needed.


This step is optional. You can click Skip this step if you want to configure the allocation manually later.

  1. For each stay length, select when the housekeeping task should be performed.

    The available options can include Day 1 / Check-in Date, Check-out Date, or other available stay days depending on the schedule length.

  2. If needed, click Bulk Allocate to apply the same allocation rule to multiple stay lengths.

  3. Choose the allocation rule, then click Apply.

  4. If you need to add or remove housekeeping types, click Adjust Housekeeping Type.

  5. Review the housekeeping schedule setup.

  6. Click Finish & Save.

  7. The housekeeping schedule will be saved and shown in the Housekeeping Schedule list.

👉 Now, proceed to Step 6: Direct Booking Settings.
