Inventory Tab on Housekeeping

The Inventory tab is used to store saved housekeeping schedule templates. Users can reuse these templates when creating a new housekeeping schedule, so they do not need to configure the same schedule from the beginning.


Step 1 : How to View the Inventory List

  1. Go to Housekeeping.

  2. Open the Inventory tab.

  3. The system will show the list of saved housekeeping schedule templates.

  4. Each inventory record displays:

    • Housekeeping Schedule Name

    • Booking Source

    • Schedule Length

    • Action

Step 2 : How to Remove an Inventory Template

  1. Go to the Inventory tab.

  2. Find the template that you want to remove.

  3. Click Remove in the Action column.

  4. Confirm the removal.

  5. The template will be removed from the inventory list.

Step 3 : How to Use an Inventory Template

  1. Go to the Housekeeping Schedule tab.

  2. Create a new housekeeping schedule.

  3. Click Browse Template.

  4. Select a saved template from the inventory list.

  5. Apply the template.

  6. The selected template will fill the schedule allocation setup.

  7. Adjust the schedule information if needed.

  8. Save the housekeeping schedule.
