Housekeeping Schedule Configuration

The Housekeeping Schedule tab is used to create and manage housekeeping schedules based on booking source, room, validity period, and night-stay length. The schedule will determine when housekeeping tasks should be generated for bookings.


Step 1 : How to View the Housekeeping Schedule List

  1. Go to Settings > Housekeeping.

  2. Go to the Housekeeping Schedule page.

  3. The system will show the list of created schedules.

  4. Each schedule will display:

    • Schedule Name

    • Start Date

    • End Date

    • Booking Source

    • Schedule Length

Step 2 : How to Create a Housekeeping Schedule

  1. Click + Create Housekeeping Schedule.

  2. Enter the Housekeeping Schedule Name.

  3. Select the target Booking Source.

    • You can select one or multiple booking sources.

    • If All Booking Sources is selected, the schedule will apply to all booking sources.

    • If OTA is selected, it will apply to all connected OTAs.

  4. Select the target Room.

    • The room list will only show active rooms.

    • You can search and select multiple rooms.

  5. Set the Validity Period by selecting:

    • Start Date

    • End Date

  6. The system will calculate the Schedule Length based on the selected validity period.

  7. Continue to the Housekeeping Allocation section.

Step 3 : How to Add Housekeeping Type to the Schedule

  1. In the Housekeeping Allocation section, click + Add Housekeeping Type.

  2. The Add Housekeeping Types popup will appear.

  3. Housekeeping Types Selection, select the housekeeping types you want to include.

  4. Use the search bar to search by housekeeping type name.

  5. Select one or multiple housekeeping types.

  6. Click Next to continue.

Step 4 : How to Use the Additional Step (Conditional)

  1. In Step 2: Additional, you can assign the selected housekeeping types to:

    • Arrival / Check-in date

    • Departure / Check-out date

  2. For Arrival, select the housekeeping type that should be performed on the guest’s check-in date.

  3. For Departure, select the housekeeping type that should be performed on the guest’s check-out date.

  4. You can select All Types or only specific housekeeping types.

  5. This step is optional.

  6. Click Skip this step if you want to configure the allocation manually later.

  7. Click Confirm to apply the selected housekeeping types to the allocation table.

Step 5 : How to Configure the Allocation Table

  1. After confirming the housekeeping types, the system will show the allocation table.

  2. The table displays:

    • Schedule Length and Housekeeping Type

    • Selected housekeeping type columns

    • Night-stay rows, such as 1-night Stay, 2-night Stay, 3-night Stay, and so on.

  3. For each night-stay row, select when the housekeeping type should be performed.

  4. Available options can include:

    • Day 1 / Check-in Date

    • Check-out Date

    • Other available stay days, depending on the schedule length

  5. If more than one day is selected, the field will show the number of selected items.

  6. Review the allocation to make sure each housekeeping type is assigned to the correct stay day.

Step 6 : How to Adjust Schedule Length

Note : This is related to the validity period on Basic Information.

  1. Check the Schedule Length shown above the allocation table.

  2. Click the edit icon beside the schedule length if you need to adjust it.

  3. Click Save.

  4. The allocation table will follow the updated schedule length.

Step 7 : How to Use Bulk Allocate

  1. Click Bulk Allocate.

  2. Choose one allocation option:

    • On Day 1 (Check-in Date)

    • On specific day

    • On n days before check-out

    • On the last day (Check-out Date)

  3. If you select On a specific day, enter the day number during the guest’s stay.

  4. If you select On n days before check-out, enter the number of days before check-out.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. The selected rule will be applied to all applicable stay lengths in the allocation table.

Rules:

  1. For On specific day, the maximum day value must not be greater than the schedule length.

  2. For On n days before check-out, the maximum value must be the schedule length minus 1.

  3. Only stay lengths that match the selected rule will be updated.

Step 8 : How to Adjust Housekeeping Types

  1. Click Adjust Housekeeping Type.

  2. The system will open the housekeeping type selection popup again.

  3. Add new housekeeping types if needed.

  4. Unselect housekeeping types that you want to remove.

  5. If a housekeeping type is removed, it will also be removed from the allocation table.

  6. Click Confirm.

Step 9 : How to Save the Housekeeping Schedule

  1. Click Finish & Save.

  2. The schedule will be saved and shown in the Housekeeping Schedule list.
