Sets the minimum number of nights a guest must book for a reservation. This rule helps control booking patterns and prevent short stays. It can be applied to specific dates, room types, or sales channels.
Set the Minimum Night Stay in Rate Information (Base Rate)
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the side bar on your left screen.
Click on the Rates & Availability menu, then click on the Rate Plan submenu.
Select the specific property and click See Details button.
Select New Rate button and click New Rate Plan.
You will navigate to Create Rate Plan details page.
Go to minimum night stay field, and set for your property minimum night stay. The minimum value for this is one night.
Which channel will be affected by this minimum night stay?
The affected channels will be those selected by the guest in the Sales Channel section.
