Set the Minimum Night Stay for Package Plan

The Minimum Night Stay sets the minimum number of nights a guest must book for a reservation. This rule helps control booking patterns and prevent short stays.

In the Package Plan, you can also create specific minimum night stay settings for each sales channel, and apply them to selected dates or room types as needed.


Required Actions : Host should be set up the Rate Information & Set the Minimum Night Stay for Base Rate Plan.

Set the Minimum Night Stay in Package Rate

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. From the left side bar click go to Rates & Availability, then click Rate Plan.

  3. Select the desired property and click See Details button.

  4. If the Base Rate set, click Package tab.

  5. Choose the sales channel from the dropdown menu where you want to create the package.

  6. Click +Create Package button.

  7. Fill the package mandatory fields including the minimum night stay. Minimum value is one night.

  8. Under Apply to All, choose one of the following options :

    • Checked - Apply the package to all sales channels set in rate information.

    • Unchecked - Apply the package only to the selected sales channel from the dropdown.
