The Minimum Night Stay sets the minimum number of nights a guest must book for a reservation. This rule helps control booking patterns and prevent short stays.
Add-Ons can also be used to set or adjust the minimum night stay, and any changes made there will update the value in the Base Rate.
Required Actions : Host should be set up the Rate Information & Set the Minimum Night Stay for Base Rate Plan.
Set Up The Minimum Night Stay in Add-Ons
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
From the left side bar click go to Rates & Availability, then click Rate Plan.
Select the desired property and click See Details button.
If the Base Rate set, click Add-Ons tab.
Choose the sales channel from the dropdown menu where you want to create the package.
Click +Create Add-Ons button.
Fill the Add-Ons mandatory fields including the minimum night stay. Minimum value is zero.
Under Apply to All, choose one of the following options :
Checked - Apply the package to all sales channels set in rate information.
Unchecked - Apply the package only to the selected sales channel from the dropdown.
Note: The minimum night stay applied in Add-Ons will override the Base Rate’s minimum night stay.
