In Delta PMS, you can check credit card payment history processed through Stripe, as well as payout details transferred from Stripe to your registered bank account.

① How to Check Payments Processed Through Stripe
Payment history processed through Stripe can be viewed from Delta PMS.
Steps
From the left-side menu, click:
“Integrations”
↓
Select the:
“Payment” tab
↓
Click:
“See dashboard” under “Stripe”
Information Available in the Stripe Dashboard
The Stripe Dashboard allows you to check the following information:
Payment date and time
Reservation ID
Guest name
Payment amount
Payment status (Succeeded / Failed)
If you want to confirm whether a payment has been successfully completed, please check this screen.
② About Stripe Payouts
Payments processed through Stripe are transferred to your registered bank account according to Stripe’s payout schedule.
Standard Payout Schedule
Generally, the payout process follows the schedule below:
Period | Details |
Monday – Sunday | Period when payments are processed through Stripe |
Following Monday or Wednesday | Stripe confirms the payout amount |
Around Wednesday | Transfer processing |
Around Friday | Funds arrive in the registered bank account |
※ The payment period included in a payout and the actual arrival date may vary depending on payment status and Stripe processing conditions.
Example of a Payout
For example, if a payout is expected to arrive in your bank account on:
Friday, July 24, 2026
The payments included in this payout are generally those processed during:
Monday, July 13, 2026 – Sunday, July 19, 2026
※ The applicable payment period may vary depending on Stripe’s processing status.
③ How to Check Payout Details
If you want to check:
“Which reservations are included in this Stripe payout?”
you can use the Report function in Delta PMS.
Information Available in the Report
For example, if you receive a payout of:
10,000 JPY from Stripe
the report allows you to check:
Individual reservation payment amounts included in the 10,000 JPY payout
Stripe processing fees
Other payment-related details
How to Check the Stripe Fee Report
Steps
From the left-side menu, click:
“Reports”
↓
Select:
“Report Generator”
↓
Open the:
“Preset Templates” tab
↓
Select:
“Stripe Payment Fee Report”
↓
Specify the period you want to check.
↓
Download
Example of Period Selection
For example, if you want to check the details of the payout arriving on:
Friday, July 24, 2026
Set the report period as follows:
Start Date: Monday, July 13, 2026
End Date: Sunday, July 19, 2026
The payment details processed through Stripe during this period will be displayed as the payout details.
Additional Information: Managing Multiple Properties
The Stripe Fee Report can also be generated separately for each property.
Therefore, even if you manage multiple properties in Delta PMS, you can manage the following separately:
Sales confirmation by property
Payout management by property
Stripe fee confirmation
