Pre Check-In Form in Booking Details

The Pre Check-in Form allows guests to submit their personal details before their arrival for streamlining the check-in process. Once submitted, the form result will appear in the Forms and Guest Information tab within the Booking Details page on Delta PMS Host Portal. As a host, follow these steps to open the pre check-in form submitted by the guests.


Step 1 : Navigate to Pre Check-In Form Preview

  1. Login to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Booking > Booking List or Room Allocation.

  4. Find and select a specific booking.

  5. You will be redirected to the Booking Details page.

  6. Open the Forms tab. There are 2 conditions:

    • Blank: If the guest has not submitted any form yet.

    • Filled form: There will be on the Form list with the details of last submitted.

Step 2 : Preview the Pre Check-In Form

  1. Once you are on the Forms tab, click “See details” in the submitted form row.

  2. You will see the Pre check-in Form Submission list. Each row represents one Guest Information.

  3. Click “See details” to open each Guest Information detail. Booker guest name will automatically become the Main Guest.

  4. After clicking the “See details” button, you will see Submission Details.
