How Guest Access the Pre Check-In Form

You need to check the inbox for the Payment Confirmation email and open it.

Inside the email, there will be a “Pre Check-in Form” button. Click it to access the form.

You will be redirected to the Guest Portal login page.

Log in by using your booking ID, check-in and check-out date found in the same email.

Click the “Login” button.

Upon successful login, you must fill in all the mandatory fields.

Click “Next” to complete the process.
