How Guest Access the Pre Check-In Form

  1. Guest need to check the inbox for the Payment Confirmation email and open it.

  2. Inside the email, there will be a Pre Check-in Form button and guest can click it to access the form.

  3. Clicking the button will redirect to login page.

  4. Guest can log in using the booking ID, Check-In and Check-Out date found in the same email.

  5. Click Login button.

  6. Upon successful login, guest must fill all the necessary information.

  7. Click Next to complete the process.

  8. After guest submit the form, on PMS-> Booking detail page, the Pre Check-In Form status will change from No Submission to Submitted. Host can check the submitted Pre Check-In form in 'Forms' tab.
