Pre Check-in Form for Multiple Guest : How to Submit the Pre Check-In Form

Pre Check-in Form is designed to collect data for all guests in a booking. This means that every individual staying at the property—whether they are additional family members, friends, or colleagues—have their details recorded separately under the same reservation.

This is also supported by the auto-filled for efficient filling. As the guest you may need this guide to help you fill the pre check-in form for multiple guests in the booking that you have made.


Step 1: Navigate to Pre Check-In Form

You can find the “Pre check-in form” button through:

  1. Booking Confirmation Email

  2. Booking Payment Email

  3. Pre Check-In Form Status (on Booking Details)

Once you receive the attachment of Pre Check-in Form:

  1. Click the “Pre check-in form” button.

  2. Login with your Booking ID, check-in and check-out date.

Step 2: How to Submit the Pre Check-In Form ?

Note: You can only submit Pre check-in forms according to the total number of guests.

  1. After logging in, there will be a booking confirmation details.

  2. Click "Confirm".

  3. You will be redirected to the Pre check-in form. It consists of several section:

    • Guest Information

    • Rules and Agreement

    • Card Details Information

    • Review

  4. You can fill out the form manually or instantly by uploading the identity document (Identity Card/Passport/Driver License) and the form will be auto-filled.

  5. If you upload the Identity/Passport/Driver License it will auto-filled the related fields.

  6. Fill in all the mandatory fields.

  7. If there are other guests, fill all the Pre check-in form details for other guests.

  8. Click “Next”.

  9. After reading the Rules and Agreement, check the “I have read and agree with the statements” checkbox. Then, click “Next”.

  10. Fill in your card details. You will be redirected to the Card Detail Information section and you should record the payment card.

    Note: This section will only appear if you have not saved your card information yet.

  11. Click “Save card information”.

  12. The following page will appear after you record your card. Please note that you can change the card by clicking “Change card”. You may continue the step by clicking “Next”.

  13. If you have recorded your payment card before, you can submit the Pre check-in form directly.

  14. Review all your related information. You can still edit the Guest Information details by clicking “Edit”.

  15. Check the “I confirm all information is correct” checkbox and click “Submit form”.

  16. The Pre check-in form submission is successful.
