Before You Start
Before accessing the Group Pre Check-in Form, please ensure that:
You are the current Group PIC (Person in Charge).
Your host has enabled Allow PIC access to Group Pre Check-in.
You have received the Group Pre Check-in email invitation.
You have the identity documents for all guests (if required).
You have the payment card ready if outstanding payment exists.
The pre-check-in form link is sent to the PIC, who is responsible for completing the form. The PIC can fill in all the guest information included in the booking group within a single filling flow.
The status of the pre-check-in submission can be found at the top of the booking detail page.
