The Group Pre Check-in Form and Individual Pre Check-in Form are connected and always share the latest saved information.
When a booking belongs to a group and the Group PIC is allowed to access the Group Pre Check-in Form, any information saved from either the Individual Pre Check-in Form or the Group Pre Check-in Form will automatically be reflected in the other form.
This ensures that the most recent guest information is always displayed, regardless of which form was used to update it.
💡 Note : This synchronization is available only when the host enables the Group PIC to access the Group Pre Check-in Form.
How Data Synchronization Works
The system always loads the latest saved or submitted version of the pre check-in information.
If information is saved from the Individual Pre Check-in Form
When a guest saves a draft or submits the Individual Pre Check-in Form, the latest information will automatically appear in the corresponding booking within the Group Pre Check-in Form.
If information is saved from the Group Pre Check-in Form
When the Group PIC saves a draft or submits the Group Pre Check-in Form, the updated information becomes the latest version and will also be reflected in the corresponding Individual Pre Check-in Form.
