How to Update Submitted Pre Check - In Form

Guest are possible to update the submitted Pre Check - In Form by Re-submitting the Pre Check-In Form.

Required Action :

Guest already submitted the Pre Check-In Form.

The condition before guest update the Pre Check-In Form :

  1. Re - Open the Pre Check - In Form.

  2. Login with Booking ID, Check - In and Check - Out Date.

  3. Fill all the Guest Information detail.

  4. Click 'Next'.

  5. Checklist the Agreement checkbox. Click 'Next'.

  6. Review the Guest Information detail.

  7. Click 'Submit'.

  8. The new submitted Pre Check-In Form will replace the old Pre Check-In Form in Booking Details (PMS Host Side).
