Pre Check-in Form status shows the status based on the Pre Check-in Form condition. The status appears above the booking summary header on the Booking Details page of the booking.
No Submission: condition when no pre check-in form has been submitted.
Submitted: a condition when the guest already submitted their pre check-in form.
Auto reminder: a reminder for filling out the Pre Check-in Form. The auto reminder schedule can be set in Settings > Form Builder (“View Form”) > Reminder Schedule tab.
Another way to set the reminder is just by clicking Send Reminder Now and you will receive the Pre Check-in form through your email.
The rules are as follows:
If the button is switched to right/turned on, the guest will receive the pre check-in reminder email in the nearest reminder schedule.
If no reminder schedule is set (can be found in Settings > Form Builder > Reminder Schedule), disable (switch to the left) the switch button, and guests will not receive any pre check-in form reminder through the automatic reminder.
The auto reminder starts when the booking status is at least ‘Confirmed’ with payment status is ‘Waiting Payment’.
“Cancel” button: to cancel the pre check-in form submission reminder action to the guest.
