Stock Overview provides a high-level view of the availability of Stock Items across a selected property.
From this page, you can quickly:
Check the current Available Quantity.
See the Stock Status of each item.
Search for a specific Stock Item.
Filter items by property, category, or stock status.
Identify items that are Low Stock or Empty.
Restock or adjust stock directly from the list.
How do I open Stock Overview?
Login to PMS Host Portal.
Go to Stock Management from the left dashboard.
Select Stock Overview.
The Stock Overview page will display the available Stock Items.
The page shows the stock information for the selected property.
What information can I see in the Stock Overview?
The Stock Overview table displays key information about each Stock Item:
Information | Description |
Guest Service Name | Name of the Stock Item. |
Category | Category assigned to the Stock Item. |
Stock Type | Selling, Rental, or Unlimited. |
Available Quantity | Current quantity available for reservation. |
Qty Type | Type of the quantity set for the stock item. |
Stock Status | Current status based on the configured threshold. |
Action | Allows you to restock or adjust the Stock Item. |
