Room Allocation Settings

The Room Allocation Settings feature allows you as the host to define the default status and time period displayed on the Room Allocation page. This feature makes it easier to focus on the specific booking statuses, booking payment, and date ranges which you want to monitor.

The Room Allocation display is determined by three key factors: Payment Status, Booking Status, Selected Period, and Property Order.


Step 1 : How to Open the Room Allocation Settings

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Select Room Allocation.

  3. Click the “Settings” button on the top right corner of the Room Allocation page.

  4. You will be navigated to the Room Allocation Settings page.

Step 2 : How to Set the Status and Period from Room Allocation Settings

  1. You can select one out of two statuses and select one out of 3 periods.

  2. Select the options based on your needs.

  3. Click “Save Changes” (the button will only be enabled after you make any changes).

  4. Click (<) back button to check the result on the Room Allocation page.

  5. The room allocation display will follow your selection based on Room Allocation Settings.

Step 3 : How to Re-Arrange The Property In Room Allocation Settings

  1. Open the Room Allocation Settings page.

  2. Click and drag the icon beside the property name to change the arrangement.

  3. You can list the properties according to your needs.

  4. Click “Save Changes” to save the arrangement of the property (the button will only be enabled after you make any changes).

  5. Click (<) back button to check the result on the Room Allocation page.

  6. The room allocation property name arrangement will display follow your property order on Room Allocation Settings.

  7. The order of the properties will follow your arrangement on the Room Allocation Settings page.
