Room Allocation : Upgrade and Downgrade the Room

Step 1 : How to Upgrade Room

  1. Create a new booking

  2. Drag and drop your booking from the first place of booking into the stay date and room (with higher rate) you want

  3. After you drop your booking into the target date and room, confirmation pop-up will appear (there are 2 options : Keep Previous Rate & Add New Rate To Payment)

  4. If you choose 'Add New rate to payment' your booking amount will be changed and increase

  5. Click 'Confirm and Proceed to Payment', then you will automatically redirect into payment with 2 condition :

    • If you don't make any payment yet :

      The invoice will only changed to the new amount to be pay

    • If you have make payment :

      Your first payment invoice will be in 'Partially Paid' status and there will be additional invoice for 'Amendment'

Step 2 : How to Downgrade Room

  1. Create a new booking

  2. Drag and drop your booking from the first place of booking into the stay date and room (with lower rate) you want

  3. After you drop your booking into the target date and room, confirmation pop-up will appear (there are 2 options : Keep Previous Rate & Add New Rate To Payment)

  4. If you choose 'Add New rate to payment' your booking amount will be changed and decreased and the overbalance will be refund

  5. If you choose 'Keep Previous Rate' your booking will automatically moved to your selected new room if you don't have any guest service or house cleaning schedule. If you schedule some guest service or house cleaning, this pop-up will appear before you move your room to another room :

  6. Click 'Confirm and Proceed to Payment', then you will automatically redirect into payment with 2 condition :

    • If you don't make any payment yet :

      The invoice will only changed to the new amount to be pay

    • If you have make payment :

      There will be additional invoice for 'Amendment' and your first and additional payment invoice will be still in 'Paid' status
