Availability Management Overview

The Availability Management page allows users to review and manage room availability by property, room type, sales channel, rate plan, and date.

From this feature, users can check whether a room is available, occupied, booked, stopped, or inactive. Users can also manage availability directly from the table or use the Mass Edit function to update multiple availability records at once.


How to View Availability Management

  1. Go to Rate and Availability > Availability Management

  2. Select the Property that you want to check.

  3. Select the Room Type if you only want to view specific room types.

  4. Review the selected date range shown at the top of the table.

  5. Use the arrow buttons to move to the previous or next date range.

  • Property Filter

Use the Property dropdown to select the property that you want to manage.

  • Room Type Filter

Use the Room Type dropdown to filter the availability table by room type.

  • Date Range

The date range shows the availability period currently displayed in the table.

  • Occupied Rooms

The Occupied rooms row shows the number of occupied rooms for each date. Example : 0/9 means 0 rooms are occupied out of 9 total rooms.

  • Room and Rate Section

Availability is grouped by room or room type. Inside each room section, shows availability based on sales channel, rate plan, date.

Availability Status Meaning

  1. Available : The room or rate is available for booking on the selected date.

  2. Occupied : The room is already occupied on the selected date.

  3. Booked : The room already has a booking on the selected date.

  4. Stop Sell / Closed : The room or rate is closed for sale on the selected date. This means guests cannot book the selected room, rate, or sales channel for that date.

  5. Inactive : The room has an inactive block during the selected date. Inactive blocks are usually created from the Room Allocation page and apply to all rates and sales channels for the related room.
