Users can manually update availability directly from the Availability Management table.
This allows users to stop sell or open sell a room for a specific date without using Mass Edit. Users can update availability by clicking the related row or cell on the selected date
Step 1 : How to Stop Sell All Rates for One Room and Date
Go to Availability Management.
Select the Property that you want to manage.
Select the Room Type and Room if you want to filter the table by specific room.
Find the selected date from the date columns.
To stop sell all rates under the selected room and date, click the checkbox on the Stop sell row.
Change Occupancy Status confirmation pop-up will appear, review the confirmation message.
Click Confirm to apply the stop sell action.
Step 2 : How to Re-open All Rates for One Room and Date
Go to Availability Management.
Select the Property that you want to manage.
Find the selected date from the date columns.
Find the Stop sell row that has been selected for the related room and date.
To re-open all rates under the selected room and date, untick the checkbox on the Stop sell row.
The Change Occupancy Status confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the confirmation message.
Click Confirm to apply the open sell action.
Once confirmed, the selected availability will be re-opened and the related rates will become available again.
Step 3 : How to Stop Sell a Specific Rate for One Date
Go to Availability Management.
Find the room, sales channel, rate plan, and date that you want to stop.
Click the availability cell on the selected date.
Change Occupancy Status confirmation pop-up.Review the selected rate name and date shown in the message.
Click Confirm to change the status to Stopped.
