How to Add New Properties to PMS

Adding a new property to the Property Management System (PMS) is designed to be quick and user-friendly. You as the host can easily register the property details, such as location, type, and facilities directly within the system. Once the property is added, it is easier to manage reservations, monitor performance, and update information whenever needed. You can organize and manage the properties more efficiently in one centralized platform.


Step 1: Navigate to Property List

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Property.

Step 2: Create New Property

  1. On the property list page, click the “Create New Property” button.

  2. Select a property type from the options. For example, choose Condominium.

  3. Click “Confirm” to proceed.

  4. Set up the property based on the selected property.

  5. On the Overview tab, fill in the necessary details about the property, such as:

    • Property Name: the name of the property that will appear in lists and searches.

    • Collection: the category or group the property belongs to (e.g eco living, luxury, signature).

    • Email: the contact email address for inquiries, reservations, and user support.

    • Phone Number: the contact phone number for further information or assistance.

    • Region: the location or area of the property.

    • Description: a general description of the property, including features, amenities, and attractions.

    • Note for Guests: the additional information or special instructions that guests should know.

    • Property Status: the operational status of the property (e.g., active, inactive, draft).

  6. Add property facilities.

  7. Add Address and specific GPS coordinate of the property.

  8. In the Photos section, upload high-quality images of your property. Ensure that each photo does not exceed 2 MB in size.

Step 3 : Set Property Thumbnail

Click the three-dot menu on the top right corner of the photo, then click Set as a thumbnail. This image will represent the property in the list and preview.

Step 4 : Set Up the Room Type

  1. After filling in the details on the Overview tab, click “Continue to Room Type”.

  2. On the Room Type tab, click “+ Create regular room”.

  3. On the Room Type tab, provide detailed information about the types of rooms available at your property.

  4. Complete all the mandatory fields, such as Room Type Name, Total Indoor Area, Room Description, Standard Guests (Adult and Children), Max Guest (Adults and Children), Max Infants, Room Name, Bedroom Name, Room Type Facilities, and Photo.

  5. Review all the information you have entered.

  6. Ensure all sections are complete and accurate.

  7. Click “Create room type” and click “Finish Setup” in the header of the page.
