Agents List Overview

As a host, managing agents is crucial for effective sales channel management. By navigating to the Agent List page, you can view detailed information about each invited agent and take necessary actions to optimize your sales channels.


Step 1: Navigate to the Agents menu

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Sales Channel > Agents.

Step 2 : Agent List Overview

  1. After clicking Agents, you will be directed to the agent list page. Here, you will find a comprehensive table displaying essential information about each agent. This information includes:

    • Agent Name: The column that shows the names of agents.

    • Agent Email: The column that displays the email addresses of the agents.

    • Commissionable Fee: The column that presents the commissionable fee associated with each agent.

    • Status: This column indicates the status of each agent like ‘Active’, ‘Deactivated’, and ‘Invited’.

    • Action: There is a “See details” button for each agent. By clicking on this button, you can access more detailed information about the agent.
