In the Property Management System (PMS), you as the host may need to cancel invitations to agents. If you have invited an agent to join your property, but need to cancel the invitation before it is activated, follow these steps to manage the cancellation process effectively.
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Sales Channel > Agents.
Locate the agent you have invited but who has not yet activated their account.
Click the “See details” button in the invited agent's name row to open their profile.
On the Agent Detail page, click the “Cancel Invitation” button to initiate the cancellation process.
A confirmation popup will appear.
Click “Confirm” to cancel the invitation.
A notification will appear, informing the host that ‘Agent invitation cancelled successfully’.
