How to Cancel Agent Invitation

In a Property Management System (PMS), hosts may need to cancel invitations to agents. If you've invited an agent to join your property but need to cancel the invitation before it is activated, follow these steps to manage the cancellation process effectively.


  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Find and select on the Sales Channel menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.

  4. Click on the Agents.

  5. Locate the agent you have invited but who has not yet activated their account.

  6. Click the See Details button on the invited agent's name to open their profile.

  7. In the agent's details page, click the Cancel Invitation button to initiate the cancellation process.

  8. A confirmation dialog will appear.

  9. Click the Confirm button to cancel the invitation.

  10. A snackbar notification will appear, informing the host that "Agent invitation cancelled successfully".
