How to Invite an Agent if the Email was Previously Registered

When attempting to invite an agent to join your property in the Property Management System (PMS) with an email that has already been invited or not, as the host you need to follow these steps to handle this situation effectively.


  1. If the email has not been listed in the Agent List, the new Agent data will automatically appear in the agent list after you click “Confirm”.

  2. If you input the email that has been used, a notification will appear, informing you that ‘This email has already been invited.

  • In this condition, you will not be able to proceed to the next step of sending the invitation due to the email address being previously invited.

  • To resolve this issue, use a different email address that has never been used before.
