How to Invite an Agent if the Email was Previously Registered

When attempting to invite an agent to join your property in the Property Management System (PMS) with an email that has already been invited or not, follow the steps below to handle this situation effectively:

  1. If your email has not been listed in the Agent List, your Agent data will automatically appear in Agent List after you click Confirm.

  2. If you input the email that has been used, a snackbar notification will appear, informing the host that "This email has already been invited."

  • In this condition, the host will not be able to proceed to the next step of sending the invitation due to the email address being previously invited.

  • To resolve this issue, use an email address that has not been used before.
