In the Property Management System (PMS), you as the host may need to edit the fee for specific agents based on various factors. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to edit the fee for a specific agent in the Agent Detail page.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Sales Channel > Agents.
Step 2 : Edit Agent Commissionable Fee
Find and click the “See details”
Click the “See details” button in the invited agent's name row to open their detail page.
On the Agent Detail page, locate the Fee field.
Enter the new fee value for the agent.
After entering the new fee value, click the “Save Changes” button to update the agent's fee.
A confirmation dialog will appear.
Click “Confirm” to update the agent’s fee.
After clicking “Confirm”,the system will save the updated fee for that specific agent. Now you can see the updated fee of the agent in their details page.
