How to Download the Refund Receipt

This article will help you to download the refund invoice after you have completed the refund process.

Required : Execute a refund request.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to Dashboard.

  3. On the sidebar, Click on the 'Booking' menu.

  4. Select 'Booking List' submenu. This will take you into the booking list.

  5. Search the your booking.

  6. You will navigate into Booking Details page.

  7. Click on the 'Payment' tab to takes you to the refund list section.

  8. On the 'Payment' tab, scroll down, until you find the Refund List section.

  9. Then find and click the three dots in 'Action' section at the leftmost side.

  10. Click 'Download Statement'

  11. Refund Receipt will automatically downloaded in your folder.
