This article will help you as the host to download the refund invoice after completing the refund process.
Required : Execute a refund request.
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking List.
Find your booking.
You will be navigated to the Booking Details page.
Open the Payment tab.
Scroll down until you find the Refund List section.
Click the three-dot menu in the Action column at the leftmost side.
Click Download Statement.
The Refund Receipt will be automatically saved to your folder.
