How to Download the Refund Receipt

This article will help to download the refund invoice after user have completed the refund process.

Required : Execute a refund request.


  1. Log in to PMS account.

  2. Go to Dashboard.

  3. On the sidebar, Click on the 'Booking' menu.

  4. Select 'Booking List' submenu.

  5. Search the booking.

  6. User will navigate into Booking Details page.

  7. Click on the 'Payment' tab to takes to the refund list section.

  8. On the 'Payment' tab, scroll down, until find the Refund List section.

  9. Then find and click the three dots in 'Action' section at the leftmost side.

  10. Click 'Download Statement'.

  11. Refund Receipt will automatically downloaded in folder.
