How to Manage and Edit Built - In Email Template Automation

Step 1 : Navigate to Email Template

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Settings > Automation.

Step 2 : How to Manage the Email Template

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Click Settings > Automation > Email Automation.

  3. There will be 3 tabs; All Automation, Inventory, and Appearance Settings. Go to the All Automation > Built-in.

  4. Find the automation name that you want to change and click “See details”.

  5. Click “Edit Template”.

  6. Edit the details of the email template based on your needs.

  7. Click “Save Changes”.

Step 3 : How to Review Email Template

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Click Settings > Automation.

  3. Click Email Automation > All Automation > Built-in.

  4. Find the automation name that you want to review and click “See details”.

  5. Click “Send Test Email” in the header of the page.

  6. Enter the email address which the email review will be sent to.

  7. Click “Send”.

  8. There will be a notification that says ‘Test email has been sent’.

  9. Open your email inbox to check the email review.

Notes:

  • Only templates that support customization can be edited.

  • Changes will not affect emails that were already sent.

  • Some system notification emails (such as host-side notifications) are not customizable.
