After you have completed all the prerequisites and finish configuring the rate plan, you need to create the rate plan to publish it to the selected sales channels.
Required actions : User should set the rate and policy, at least for Base Rate Calendar and Policy.
How to Publish a Rate Plan
Step 1: Navigate to Rate Domain
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in successfully, go to the side bar on your left screen
On the side nav, navigate to Rates and Availability menu and select Rate Plan sub menu.
Step 2: Proceed to Rate creation or edit
Select a property in the All Properties tab.
Navigate to the Rate Plans tab.
Create a new rate or import from the rate inventory.
Complete the rate information, base rate and policy settings.
Set package and add-ons if needed.
Click on the Create Rate button on the top navbar once you have done.
A Confirm Rate Creation popup will appear.
Check the Save rate plan to inventory option if you plan to apply the similar rate to other properties and room types in the future.
Review the rate to ensure its accuracy and appropriateness in the Rate Information tab.
Navigate to the Policy tab to review the policies. You can review the policy for each sales channel by clicking the Sales Channel dropdown. Additionally, you can view the policy for each rate, package and add-on.
Click on the Confirm button to publish the created rate.
The rate plan is now published and guests can make a booking to your property with the registered rate plan. You can make changes on it anytime, which applies to the future bookings made after you save the changes.
