OTA (Online Travel Agent) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com, and others, have a different pricing structure from Manual Booking, Direct Booking and Agent Booking. While non-OTA channels set price adjustments based on the number of guests and number of nights, OTA sets a single adjustment by setting the Additional Guest Fee.
Required actions:
Your rate plan should have OTA sales channels selected.
The rate plan has the base rate price set.
How to set price for Additional Guest Fee
Select one of the OTA sales channels from the sales channel dropdown.
Go to the Additional Guest Fee section below the Price Configuration calendar.
Click on the Edit button.
Input the additional guest fee value.
Click on the Save button to configure.
A success notification will appear, indicating that the additional guest fee has been applied.
Repeat those steps for other sales channels to set a specific fees for each.
