How to Cancel Request Booking from Agent Portal

Log in to Agent Portal.

Select and click 'Booking Request' from the dashboard.

User will redirect to Booking Request List page.

Select the booking from the Booking Request List which want to be cancelled. User will redirect to Booking Detail.

Click 'Cancel Request' button.

Cancel Request Confirmation will appear. User are optional to write the cancellation reason.

Click 'Send Request' button to proceed the cancellation.

Booking that has been cancelled will appear as 'Requesting Cancellation' status in Booking Request list.

Waiting for Host decision.

If host approve your cancellation request, the booking in the booking request list will change to 'Cancelled' status.

If host reject your cancellation request, the booking in the booking request list will change to 'Rejected'.
