Request Booking Cancellation from Guest Portal

As a guest, you can request a booking cancellation directly from Guest Portal.

  1. Log in to the Guest Portal.

  2. Click the “Request Cancellation” button.

  3. Request Cancellation popup will appear. You can type the cancellation reason (optional), then click “Send request”.

  4. Your Request Cancellation will be sent directly to the host to be approved or rejected.
