What is iCalendar integration?
By using iCalendar integration, you as a host can automatically sync reservation information for specific rooms or room types to an external calendar.
This feature allows you to update reservation information in real time on Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc., and automatically updates new bookings and cancellations. You can check the latest booking status, making daily management easier.

How to Sync Bookings to your Calendar using iCalendar
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Booking > Room Allocation or Booking List to access the iCalendar.
Click the “Export Calendar” button in the header of the page.

Select the property, room type, room name, and data option for Booking or House Cleaning Schedule.
Click “Generate” to generate the link. By adding the generated link (URL) to Google Calendar or other apps, your reservation information will be automatically synchronized.
Click the “Download” button to download the iCalendar.
