The Configuration Form Builder allows you as the host to customize the Pre Check-In Form based on your specific needs. With this feature, you can easily choose which fields appear on the Pre Check-in form, ensuring you collect the relevant information for your property and operational requirements.
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Select Settings > Form Builder.
Click “View form” in the Pre Check-in form row.
Open the Configurations tab.
On the Field Visibility click “Edit”.
You can select or deselect the fields you want to display on the Pre Check-in form.
Click “Confirm”.
Publish the form by clicking the “Publish form” button on the top right of the page.
