This feature is designed to help hosts manage the sub-guest section of the Pre Check-In form more efficiently. Hosts can choose which fields are required or optional, allowing them to collect only the necessary information from sub-guests.
Login to the PMS Host.
Select settings and click Form Builder.
Click View Form on the Pre Check-In form.
Click Configuration tab and select Required Field Filling.
Click Edit.
You can choose which fields are required for sub-guests on the Pre Check-In form.
Click Confirm, followed by Publish Form, to reflect the changes on the Pre Check-In form.
Notes :
Fields marked as not required in the field list will not appear in the Required Field Filling confirmation list.
Hidden fields are also excluded from the Required Field Filling confirmation list.
