How to Set the Configuration in the Required Field Filling on Form Builder

This feature is designed to help hosts manage the sub-guest section of the Pre Check-In form more efficiently. Hosts can choose which fields are required or optional, allowing them to collect only the necessary information from sub-guests.


  1. Login to the PMS Host.

  2. Select settings and click Form Builder.

  3. Click View Form on the Pre Check-In form.

  4. Click Configuration tab and select Required Field Filling.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. You can choose which fields are required for sub-guests on the Pre Check-In form.

  7. Click Confirm, followed by Publish Form, to reflect the changes on the Pre Check-In form.

Notes :

  • Fields marked as not required in the field list will not appear in the Required Field Filling confirmation list.

  • Hidden fields are also excluded from the Required Field Filling confirmation list.
