1. Configure Fields Displayed on the Form
Overview
You can choose which input fields are shown on the pre check-in form.
By hiding unnecessary fields, you can reduce guest friction and prevent incomplete submissions.
How to Configure
Go to Settings > Form Builder > Pre Check-in Form > View form
Click the third tab, Configurations
Click Edit under Fields Visibility
Check the fields you want to show (= uncheck fields you want to hide)
Click Confirm
Click Publish form to apply the changes
Best Practices
Unmanned properties: Keep only the minimum required fields
Hotels: Display only fields required for legal compliance
OTA-focused operations: Reduce the number of input fields to improve completion rates

Required for Accompanying Guests as well
Optional

For each field, select:
Click Confirm
Click Publish form to apply the changes
Example Settings
Field | Example Setting |
Name / Nationality | Required for all guests |
Phone Number | Required for main guest only |
Arrival Method | Optional |
👉 This setup is effective for balancing legal compliance and guest convenience.
⚠ Important Notes (Prerequisite)
When configuring required fields by guest type (Main Guest / Accompanying Guest),
you must first define required fields for the Main Guest in the Form Structure tab.
This is because required settings for accompanying guests are applied based on the main guest’s required field configuration.
Confirm the Publish Status After Changing Settings
Overview
When you change any pre check-in form settings, the updates will not appear on the guest-facing page until the form is published.
If there are unpublished changes, a notification will be displayed in the admin screen.
Important Notes
After making changes, always click Publish New Form
If the form is not published, guests will continue to see the previous version
