What is Self Check-In Instruction Localization?
This feature allows hosts to create multiple language versions of the same Check-In or Check-Out Instruction. Each language version is stored under the same instruction, so you only need to create the instruction once.
How do I create a new Self Check-In Instruction?
Go to Settings > Self Check-In > Instructions.
Click Create new.
Enter the Instruction Name.
Select the Input Language.
Enter the instruction content.
Click Add Instruction.
How do I add another language to an existing instruction?
Open the instruction and click Edit.
Select another language from the Input Language dropdown.
Enter the translated instruction content.
Click Save Changes.
Each language is saved separately, so editing one language will not overwrite the other language versions.
What language will guests see during Self Check-In?
The system shows the instruction in the guest's selected language when that language version is available.
Can the system translate the instruction automatically?
No. Hosts need to create each language version manually. Automatic translation is not included in this feature.
